Website www.archedu.org. The duly filled form can be submitted online or
by post enclosing a DD of Rs 1250/- in favor of Arch Educational
Society, payable at Jaipur

The incomplete application forms not satisfying the eligibility criteria
will not be accepted. No intimation will be sent to the candidates.
WHO CAN APPLY
ELIGIBILITY FOR UNDER GRADUATE LEVEL IN DESIGN
(Fashion Design/Textile Design//Jewellery Design/Accessory
Design/Interior Design)
(Degrees awarded by UGC recognized National University)
Candidates must have completed or expecting to complete +2 examinations
of CBSE / ICSE / IB or Equivalent as per UGC guidelines.
ELIGIBILITY FOR POST GRADUATE LEVEL IN FASHION TECHNOLOGY / GPEM
(Degrees awarded by UGC recognized National University)
Candidates must have completed or expecting to complete Graduation (any
stream) from a recognized university or equivalent as per UGC
guidelines.
*Direct Admission in PG Fashion Technology &GPEM through Personal
Interview.
NOTE:
The admission for the candidates expecting to complete the qualifying
examinations will be provisional and subject to scrutiny of papers,
documents and eligibility conditions by production of original documents
by 30th June, 2010. Proof of the candidates having successfully passed
the qualifying examination will have to be produced at the time of
joining the programme. In case, candidates do not produce the required
documents by 30th June, 2010, their admission will be cancelled.
The final admission of a student shall be finalized only after
scrutinity of satisfaction of the management to the fulfilling of all
the eligibility conditions and subject to approval by affiliate
authority.
Non fulfillment of the above conditions will automatically result in the
cancellation of the provisional admission.
SEATS
The seats are reserved for SC / ST / Physically Handicapped Candidates (PHP)/
Foreign Nationals/NRI in each programme.

Procedure for applying under foreign nationals / NRI category:
Candidates seeking admission under this category should accompany the following documents along with application form :
- An attested copy of the relevant pages of the Passport.
- Equivalent certificate from the concerned Embassy acknowledging the eligibility certificate of the candidate.
- An attested copy of proof of status of NRI / foreign national.
- A Demand Draft of US$ 75 in favor of Arch Educational Society, payable at Jaipur.
ADMIT CARD
Admit Card of eligible candidates will be available online by end
January 2010. On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are
required to affix their photograph (similar to that affixed on the
Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a
Gazetted Officer / School or College Principal / Notary / Oath
commissioner for producing at the Examination Centre.
ADMISSION TEST
All eligible candidates will have to appear for a written entrance
examination at the Examination Centers opted by them. The written
entrance examination is designed to test the knowledge, skill and
aptitude of the candidates for the programme opted.
The written entrance examination will be conducted on at the cities
mentioned below. The candidate can select only ONE city for examination
centre and then the second preferred city.
Please note that ARCH reserves the right to cancel any of the
Examination Centers mentioned. In such case, alternate centre which is
administratively convenient will be allotted. Request for change of
Examination Centre will not be entertained once the form is submitted.
EXAMINATION CENTRE CITY:
Ahemdabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhuvneshwar,
Kolkatta, Chandigargh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwhati, Hydrabad, Jaipur,
Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna.
POINTS TO REMEMBER
Any candidate who couldn't sit for the written examination because of
the health grounds or any other unavoidable reason can submit an
application on admission@archedu.org. The candidate will be taken into
consideration as per the Management Decision and will be reverted back.
In case of applicants submitting an application form purchased
online/postal:
The AIEED Application should be addressed to 9, Govind Marg, Malviya
Nagar Institutional Area, Malviya Nagar, jaipur - 302017 if send through
post or submitted online.
WHILE DISPATCHING THE ARCH APPLICATION FORM MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
- Filled in all required information in the Application Form.
- Signed the Application Form in ink with date.
- Affixed recent photograph of good quality in the space provided.
- Retained photocopy of filled in Application Form.
- Not stapled any other document/certificate with the filled Application Form.
Please note Mobiles and other infotech gadgets are not allowed inside Examination Centre campuses.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The admission in any programme is based strictly on merit as obtained in the entrance examination and the seats in the programmes would be offered as per the merit during the counseling.
- Successful candidates eligible for admission will be required to attend the counseling session on a specified date and time at their own expense at ARCH Campus, Jaipur. The schedule of the counseling for final allotment of course would be displayed on ARCH website.
- If the candidate remains absent on the date and time specified for the counseling session or does not deposit the fee through Bank Demand Draft, the candidature may be cancelled and the next candidate in the final merit may be called immediately.
- The selected candidates will be required to submit migration & transfer certificate at the time of counseling.
- The vacant seat shall be offered to the waitlisted candidates in the order of merit.
- The medium of instruction in ARCH and of the entrance examination in English.
- Any attempt to influence the admission process by way of recommendation will invite disqualification of the candidates.
- Any dispute arising out of admission would be under the jurisdiction of Jaipur court only.
- ARCH reserves the right to add or discontinue any programme.
