On the last day of Arch Academy Graduate Fashion Week academy conducted its Annual Convocation Ceremony. The special guests for the ceremony are Sh. Vimal Chand Surana, convener, JJS and owner of world famous jewelers Bhuramal Rajmal Surana popularly knows as Surana Jewellers, Mr. S. N. Ambedkar, Regional Director, IGNOU and Mr. Dileep Baid, President Federation of Rajasthan Handicraft Exporters.
After these 30 students of 3 departments namely Fashion, Jewellery & Interior were awarded for the excellence in academic performance by the Dias 150 students graduated from the academy. The staff members also got the awards – Best Academic Staff to Ms. Sunita Yadav & Best Non Academic Staff to Ms. Megha Jain. Then it was followed by a Dance Party.

Academy organized its graduate fashion week from 5-10th July at the campus. The week consisted of various activities like Portfolio Display, Semester Jury, Orientation programs, seminars etc. Various people from industry, academic & govt. officials etc. visited the exhibition and witnessed the work done by the students.
The collections developed by the students were the research based projects with started from conceptualization to brainstorming in terms of research clients market and economy. The Jury members appreciated the work done by the students. They also emphasized that the projects should be based on commercial viability.

Session on Meet the challenges by Mr. Ratnesh Kashyap. Mr. kashyap is an industrialist and a trainer by profile. He conducts classes at IIMs, IITs etc. he is a DGN of Rotray International for session 2011-2012. The session was based on how to strike a balance between social & persona life. To develop social sensitivity among the youth is the primary agenda of these programs. After that there was a session on Personal & Professional Excellence by Mr. S.K Batra. Mr. Batra is a management trainee and a motivational speaker. He discussed about the qualities needed to excel in professional & personal life and how to maintain a balance between two.
