Faculty Exchange Program under the Prime Minister's Initiative for International Education (PMI2) of the British Council (8-18 June 2010)
Five Faculty members from the Fashion department of Arch Academy visited Doncater College, U.K for a Faculty exchange program funded by British Council under the PMI2. The Faculties of the academy learned Pattern Making & Design Process techniques at Doncaster College. In the month of April faculties from Doncaster College came to arch to learn Jewellery Design and Manufacturing techniques. Students went for a credit program at Doncaster College, affiliated with University of Hull, U.K. They also participated in Doncaster College Fashion Week. The Academy is offering top up degree program with University of Hull, UK

Visit to Graduate Fashion Week, London (6-10 June 2010)
Graduate Fashion Week stages a static exhibition showcasing the work of some 50 universities across 52 courses, and approximately 22 university fashion shows. GFW aims to promote and nurture the talents of today’s young, creative innovators, so that tomorrow’s creative industries can continue to play a major role in the economy of the UK and the rest of the world. The students and the Faculty members from the academy witnessed the same and attended the Gala fashion show.

Foundation Day ; Workshop JUGAAD
Arch celebrated its Foundation Day on 3rd April 2010. On this occasion students of all department along with the faculties participated in three days workshop called “JUGAAD” on Developing Social Sensitivity through Creativity initiated by Mrs. Archana Surana, Founder and Director, Arch Academy of Design. The workshop started on 1st April and ended up on 3rd April 2010 with an exhibition of products created by the students out of waste materials.
