Arch Academy of Design organized its Annual Alumni meet, “Alumni Design Carnival”, on 30th January 2016. Since its establishment, the Institution has developed as a centre of excellence in learning and innovation, and has trained more than 6000 professionals and entrepreneurs from across the country . The Alumni Carnival is an annual event to bring the alumni and the present students together, to share experiences and moments of joy .
Around 200 alumni participated in the event. As the evening progressed, friends and batchmates started to mingle with each other and covered the colourful spots and styles with Selfies and Groupfies. Various fun competitions were held and the winners were duly awarded.
Sharing their experiences , the Alumni held a common view that , since Jaipur is a thriving student city, there college experience at ARCH was much more than just classroom learning .Moreover Jaipur’s heritage status ensured , that their learning at Arch was beautifully accompanied by the exposure to the rich local art, craft , culture and traditions , as well as first- hand knowledge of the talent of local craftsmen . This exposure contributed substantially to the evolution of their sensibilities in the study and practice of Design.
Our city's pride Archana Surana, Founder & Director, ARCH College of Design & Business has been elected for the 8th Cumulus Executive Board (2022-2025) to represent India on 356 Member Institutions- Cumulus Executive Board.
