Prof. (Dr.) Purnima Nag is Head – Academic Administration & Projects at ARCH College of Design & Business. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences from the University of Rajasthan, she brings over 26 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She has published 60+ research papers, supervised Ph.D. scholars, and contributed to NEP 2020-aligned curriculum development. Dr. Nag has led NAAC/NIRF initiatives and oversees key academic functions including admissions, faculty development, research, and institutional planning.

With over 19 years of experience, Indrajit Das is a seasoned expert in jewellery design and merchandising. A NIFT alumnus, he excels in designing exclusive collections, creative direction, product development, and academic curriculum design—effectively bridging industry practice with design education.

With over 10 years of experience across industry and academics, Ar. Radheya Chopde brings a strong foundation in design education and practice. His expertise lies in Digital Architecture, where technology-driven design processes meet spatial innovation. Currently pursuing a PhD at IIT, he guides students in integrating digital tools, research-based thinking, and contemporary architectural practices, bridging academic inquiry with real-world design applications.

With a background in Applied Arts, Harshita brings a blend of creative and strategic thinking to design education. She has over 6 years of professional experience working with brands, managing both design execution and strategic communication. Her approach focuses on building meaningful visual narratives that go beyond aesthetics to create impactful connections.

With over 10 years of professional and academic experience, Shubhangini Soni, specializes in Architecture and Interior Design. A graduate of Aayojan School of Architecture and Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, she leads Black White Grey Design Studio, blending global design perspectives with hands-on learning.

A commercial photographer and educator, he specializes in Styling & Photography with over 8 years of industry experience across fashion, product, food, and interior photography. Having created visual content for brands and advertising campaigns, they bring strong industry insight into the classroom.

An alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth School of Photography, Pune, they have also led photography departments at institutes in Jaipur. At ARCH, they focus on bridging creative concepts with practical execution, mentoring students in visual storytelling, styling, and industry-oriented photography practices.

With over a decade of experience in Designing, Branding, Printing, and Digital Tools, Chandana Burman creates impactful visual solutions that merge creativity with precision. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, she combines creative expertise with industry insights to guide students in developing strong visual communication and design skills.

With over 40 years of experience in design practice and education, Bhargav Mistry is a seasoned design pedagogist and a National Institute of Design alumnus. He brings expertise across diverse product domains and is also a trained Sarod artist, having pursued the instrument for nearly four decades. His work reflects a deep integration of design thinking and musical sensitivity, bridging creativity across disciplines.

With over 40 years of experience as professional artist, Yunus Khimani brings rich experience in arts, including 25 years as a design educator. An M.A. in Fine Arts from University of Baroda, he’s exhibited globally, led academic programs, and founded Yunus Khimani & Associates, blending traditional Bagru techniques with contemporary handcrafted fabric innovations.

With over 50 years of experience, Bhawani Shankar Sharma is a distinguished design educator and artist. He is a former Chairman at Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy. As a visiting faculty member at various art and design institutions in Rajasthan and beyond, he continues to mentor and inspire emerging creatives through his rich experience and dedication to the arts.

With over 40 years of experience, Chandra Vijai Singh has significantly contributed as a Design Professor sharing his deep knowledge and enriching design education. He is the co-founder of KHATU DESIGNS, a brand known for hand-crafted accessories, clothing, and customized gifts. An alumnus of the National Institute of Design, he brings both academic and industry excellence to his work.

With 10 years of experience in the interior design industry across Rajasthan and Mumbai, Akshita Jain has successfully delivered a range of residential and commercial projects. She specializes in design software like AutoCAD and 3ds Max, combining technical skill with a keen design sense to bring interiors to life.

With over 12 years of professional experience, including 10 years in the fashion industry and 2 years in academics, Megan Bhardwaj is a faculty member in Fashion Design. Her expertise lies in print and surface design, product development, and research and development, shaped through her work at Hobby House Design Studio. Holding a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Art in Drawing and Painting, she guides students in developing strong design concepts, material exploration, and industry-ready fashion solutions through a balance of creative practice and real-world insight.

Neilamber Bhardwaj is a postgraduate in Industrial and Product Design with three years of industry experience and over five years in academics. Beginning his journey in Furniture and Graphic Design, he brings a rich, cross-disciplinary perspective. Passionate about innovative material use, he has created unique paper accessories while working with Ratan Papers Pvt. Ltd. and other design-forward companies.

With over 19 years of experience makes Indrajit Das a seasoned expert in jewellery design and merchandising. He excels in designing exclusive ranges, creative direction, product development, and academic curriculum design, bridging industry and education.

With 30 years of industry experience, including 8 years in academics, Rashmi Bhardwaj brings deep expertise in Home Textiles, Surface Development, and Design Fundamentals. A Masters in Textile Design from National Institute of Design, she leads her brand ‘Rashmi Bhardwaj,’ combining design thinking with hands-on knowledge to inspire future textile and design professionals.

A graduate from SNDT University, Mumbai she has an experience of 20 years in Interior Design & Project Management. Currently leading a reputable firm Design Elements for Interior Designing and Architectural Development. Her expertise like in Technical & Execution on Interior Projects.

Anil Kumar Bose has an experience of over 25 years in the industry of Graphic Design, Animation and Photography. He has worked with TV based studios for motion graphics, e-Learning design for Magic Software, ITPrenuers and Liqvid learning. He was the chief designer at Triburg Centre for Learning. He has worked on corporate communication and branding for international NGOs like GAAMAC & LOGIN Asia. He has created learning based simulations for the managers and labour at Fair Labor Association Switzerland. He worked on Photo-features for a newspaper. Photography and Design faculty with different institutions in Delhi NCR. He is a Post Graduate from NID Ahmedabad and a BFA from Delhi College of Art.

A jewellery technician with 25+ years of experience in the industry. With a decade-long expertise in the Kundan Meena industry, Bharat Bhushan is a master of jewellery manufacturing, possessing a diverse skill set, like casting, enamelling, stone cutting, carving, and other production techniques.

With almost 40 years of experience in woodworking and metal fabrication, including 15 years in industry. His expert skills in wood craftsmanship, furniture making, lab tool repairing, prototyping, and structuring in space for exhibitions and display, facilitates hands-on learning for students.

With 27 years of experience, Ramesh Chandra Sharma brings exceptional expertise as a Fashion Lab technician, excelling in pattern making, fabricating, stitching, garment construction, and surface ornamentation.

With over 7 years of experience in handloom weaving, dyeing, and textile design, Vinod Kumar Badetiya serves as a Laboratory Technician specializing in Handloom and Textiles. He brings expertise in innovative weaving techniques, natural dyeing, and product development. Vinod holds degrees in History, English Literature, and B.A., and has been recognized in national handloom forums for his dedication to preserving and promoting traditional crafts.

With over 12 years of industry experience, including 5 years in academia, Manikant Sharma is a material innovation expert. He specializes in painting, drawing, wood and metal sculpture, and TV & film set design. He holds a Masters in Visual Arts and brings creative depth to both fine arts and design education.

With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Sunita Sharma is an expert in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. A Ph.D. holder in Organizational Behavior, her work spans research, teaching, and training with a focus on emotional intelligence and leadership development.

With over a decade of experience, Amreen Ahmed is a dynamic program management professional specializing in social impact, entrepreneurship, and community development. She has led initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs, youth leadership, and startup incubation across diverse sectors. A skilled facilitator and speaker, she has trained over 8,500 individuals through collaborations with national and international organizations. Holding a Master’s in Psychology and certified in program management, she brings a people-centric and purpose-driven approach to her work.

With over 15 years of industry experience, including 1 year in academics, Mr. Ankit Sharma brings practical business insights grounded in real-world application. He holds a B.Tech and an M.B.A., with specializations in Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.

With over 15 years in academia including 12 years in the industry, Dr. Ankush Gautam is a distinguished scholar with deep expertise in Bhakti-era and contemporary Hindi literature. He holds a Ph.D. along with multiple degrees and diplomas, including a prestigious certification from FTII, blending literary depth with creative expression.

With 40 years of experience, Dr. Ranjeet Singh is a senior academic leader and educator specialising in commerce education, institutional leadership, and curriculum development. He holds a PhD in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and has served in key roles including Principal (Officiating), Vice-Principal, Dean of Commerce, and Head of Department. He is widely recognised for his contribution to academic governance, teacher training, and student-centric learning practices.
