A delegation of IIID (Indian Institute of Interior Designers) members visited ARCH College of Design and Business on Saturday, 9th September 2017. The delegation included Jaipur Chapter Chairman Ar. Rajinder Puri, Ar. Anshuman Sharma and Secretary Ar. Sheetal Agarwal.
They interacted with students regarding activities, benefits for a student of Interior Design while studying, and the support system offered after they pass out and grow as professionals. They also interacted with the faculty members here. As an institution, IIID offers great benefits to member students.
IIID offers scholarships to member students and they help students who are in the final year of design studies, when they step into the professional arena. ARCH and IIID have been well-associated and have conducted several activities together. ARCH students have always actively participated in such activities, such as the '2016 Design Yatra' and other similar events.
They also enlightened the audience that IIID being a network platform, provides trade partners and various design thinkers a chance to exchange and learn things about new technology and materials in the market. It was an informative event where both the audience and the members benefited greatly from the exposure and knowledge exchanged.
Our city's pride Archana Surana, Founder & Director, ARCH College of Design & Business has been elected for the 8th Cumulus Executive Board (2022-2025) to represent India on 356 Member Institutions- Cumulus Executive Board.
