ARCH College of Design and Business celebrated its 16th Convocation ceremony on 12th February 2018 at its campus located at Malviya Nagar in Jaipur. This grand ceremony was graced by the presence of Honorable Home Minister of Rajasthan Shri Gulab Chand Kataria. Dr. Lalit K. Panwar, who is the Vice-chancellor of Rajasthan ILD Skills University was the Guest of honor on this occasion. Jane Ledbury of Manchester Metropolitan University, UK was the special guest. The keynote speech on this occasion was delivered by India’s leading Ad guru Shri Prahlad Kakkar.
This event marked the convocation ceremony of 240 design students. ARCH has been one of India’s leading design Institutes offering Bachelor of Design and Bachelor of Vocational studies courses along with providing expert guidance to students through its Accelerator aimed at incubating start-ups. Artifacts made by students were on display and ARCH’s Nature Design shop ‘Aana-Paan’ which was open for visitors on this occasion.
12 students were awarded for their performance. Alka Yadav, Srishti Bharadwaj, Deeptashree Saha, Yamini Vijay, Ashish Jangid, Athul Prakash, Megha Tambi, Chetan Agarwal, Ayush Maheshwari, Aruna Choudhary, Sheifali Katta, Bhavya Singhal were the student awardees who gave an outstanding performance.
Staff of ARCH were awarded for their brilliant performance. The co-create award was given to Priyanka Beriwal, Evolve award was given to Arpit Singhania and Mr. Pramod Yadav got the award in Empower category.
Archana Surana, Founder and Director of ARCH College of Design & Business, has been re-elected as Board Member of the Cumulus Association Executive Board for the 2025–2028 term. She previously served as the Vice President from 2022 to 2025.
