ARCH at Insight 2018, NID
Senior members of ARCH College of Design and Business, Ms. Archana Surana, Founder and Director; Dr. Neena Jaju Pingaley, Deputy Head Academics & Mr. Nokil Singh, Faculty, Jewellery Design attended the International Design Research Symposium, Insight 2018, at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad on 1 - 2 November 2018.
Insight 2018 is an international design research symposium that brings together design educators, practitioners, design researchers and advocates of design to reflect upon, discuss and debate about design research and its practice and implications on a common platform. The speakers at the event were Mr. Ashoke Chatterjee, Former Director NID, Prof. Mugendi K. M’Rithaa, industrial designer, educator and researcher, Dr. Lorraine Gamman, Professor of Design at Central Saint Martin, London and Ms. Preeti Vyas, Chairperson and Founder, VGC who shared their knowledge and perception design research culture, methodology, framework, practice, collaboration and its dissemination.
