ARCH College of Design & Business celebrated the 79th
Independence Day with a vibrant display of patriotism, creativity, and
togetherness. The day began with a flag hoisting ceremony by Founder &
Director Ms. Archana Surana, alongside the Malviya Nagar Vikas Samiti,
marking a moment of unity and reverence.
Students showcased their love for the nation through
cultural performances of music, dance, and poetry, while faculty members shared
heartfelt reflections on India’s journey of resilience and aspirations for the
future. In collaboration with the Samiti, ARCH also felicitated senior citizens
of the locality, honouring their invaluable contributions as guiding forces of
the community.
Reimagining Swadeshi as a way forward, Ms. Surana emphasized
supporting Indian makers as a path to a sustainable, inclusive, and innovative
India. The celebration concluded with a collective pledge to build a Naya
Bharat.
Archana Surana, Founder and Director of ARCH College of Design & Business, has been re-elected as Board Member of the Cumulus Association Executive Board for the 2025–2028 term. She previously served as the Vice President from 2022 to 2025.
