The Women Mentor Forum and Arch College of Design & Business jointly organized the three-day Women Mentoring Summit 23 on March 3–5, 2023, to foster mentoring culture and provide support to all aspiring women. The event also brings 500 women together for inspiring sessions. More than 25 renowned speakers shared their insights and experiences, including three keynote sessions and panel discussions on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal branding.
To encourage the spirit of empowered women, 25 women leaders were awarded Changemakers Leadership Awards, Grassroots Leadership Awards, Young Achiever Awards, and Girl Power Awards by IAS Gyatri Rathore and Manira Alva from Vital Voices Global Partnerships.
This summit also included open days, where students showcased their work, and a co-created bazaar where budding startups set up stalls to showcase their products.
The event concluded with the 12th Mentoring Walk at Jaipur Polo Ground. Mentors and mentees came together for a collaborative walk, where they exchanged experiences and valuable guidance. This symbolic event marked the culmination of the summit, fostering mentorship and mutual support among participants.
Archana Surana, Founder and Director of ARCH College of Design & Business, has been re-elected as Board Member of the Cumulus Association Executive Board for the 2025–2028 term. She previously served as the Vice President from 2022 to 2025.
