Retro Party 2023 - Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Dev Anand

Arch College of Design & Business hosted a retro party to honor the 100th anniversary of the iconic Indian actor, Dev Anand Ji. In tribute to this great artist, the college's fashion department presented a special fashion show. The showcase, titled "Dev Anand - The Timeless Icon," featured a collection of 15 outfits meticulously designed by our talented students.

Dev Anand was a monumental style icon in his time, and his influence on fashion continues to resonate with today's younger generation. Our collection seeks to encapsulate the essence of Dev Anand's iconic style while infusing it with a modern-day twist. It includes contemporary elements such as tilted berets, classic suits, and stylish scarves.

The celebrations continued with music, dance, and fun, as our students embraced the retro theme by donning attire reminiscent of Dev Anand's era. It was an evening filled with nostalgia, glamour, and a deep appreciation for the legendary actor's timeless influence on Indian cinema.

Archana Surana, Founder and Director of ARCH College of Design & Business, has been re-elected as Board Member of the Cumulus Association Executive Board for the 2025–2028 term. She previously served as the Vice President from 2022 to 2025.
